LIMITED WARRANTY
Your Narita product is warranted against defective materials or workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty is only valid for any manufacturing defects under normal use and conditions. We will repair or replace parts at our option, defective parts at no charge. This warranty does not apply in the event of improper installation, misuse, abuse or damages caused from shipping. A product with a defect will either be repaired or replaced with a reconditioned comparable model (at our option). Any return of defective merchandise to the manufacturer must be processed accordingly by contacting customer service first to obtain the Return Authorization Number and freight prepaid with proof of purchase. We will not accept any returns of merchandise without an applicable RMA#. This warranty valid only in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Shipping Guidelines:
When packaging your Narita product, use a solid intact box and make sure to apply an adequate amount of cushioning material. We recommend using strong holding tape designed for shipping use. Mark the outside of the box "FRAGILE" if the package contains breakable or delicate parts. We are not responsible for any shipping related damages.
